The range that we specialise in is a broad and uncompromising one and all the traditional cuts, including naturally reared beef, pork and lamb, can be found along side some more contemporary classics like our range of game and veal and corn fed chickens.
We are based on the Marquess of Abergavenny’s estate and have established ourselves as a highly respected supplier of high quality, locally sourced fresh meat. Not only that, but consideration of the environment and the reduction of our carbon foot print has been an important factor in the development and growth of our company, from its inception over two decades ago.
